F45 (functional 45 minutes training) is the new age circular training. It’s a functional circular training that lasts 45 very effective minutes and combines both strength and cardio exercises.
It’s a three or a four rounds of 15 different exercises that combine all the muscles of the body including the development of balance and cardio results.
We followed the F45 course during our two weeks stay in Melbourne Oakleigh and we are excited. Not only because it’s a complete exercise course but also because it fits everybody’s life schedule! Moreover it’s highly effective as not only you exercise but also because you are motivated to achieve better and better results. The training involves cardio programs as well as weights but the approach is totally new and in fashion.
It perfectly expresses fashion Wellness’s mentality and idea of a new trend in a daily workout!
There are some different types of combinations for example:
You complete a 15 course of exercises one after the other in a sequence and you repeat that circle three or four times. Another type is that you complete each set three times and then you follow the sequence. You can also follow a cardio or a strength program or mix it choosing the different sequences.
Moreover if you select to follow an extended functional course of more than 15 exercises, etc 20 or 25 you can repeat the sequence twice!
We did it and we loved it. It’s exciting, it’s fun it’s has amazing results!
